The Art of Lucid Dreaming Workshop, March 2012

“The Birthday”, 1915, Marc Chagall

Dreaming is a universal source of imagination, wisdom, and inspiration. But are you getting the most out of your dreams?

Lucid dreaming is the art of becoming fully aware while you are in the dream state and learning to navigate and control your way within it.  If you’ve ever experienced “coming awake” in a dream then you know that it can be one of the most vivid and exciting experiences.  Your senses become so alive that what you feel is as real to you as your normal waking experiences, if not more so.

With the popularity of hyper-realistic video games, internet-based virtual realities, and blockbuster movies such as The Matrix and Inception, lucid dreaming has been rising from the ashes of obscurity and coming into the bedrooms of millions of dreamers.  Along with this, growing numbers of people are exploring a nondogmatic approach to spirituality for deeply personal revelations about their psyche and its relationship to the universe at large.  People everywhere are longing for a direct experience with a profound sense of wonder.

With lucid dreaming, the possibilities are endless as you consciously explore the deeper recesses of your subconscious and stretch the boundaries of your imagination:  Fly!  Go through walls!  Communicate with dream characters!  Fulfill sexual fantasies!  Transform your dream environment!  Find creative solutions to problems!  Heal entrenched emotional wounds!  Overcome nagging phobias!  Connect with departed loved ones!  Experience intense spiritual highs!

Through lucid dreaming, you can achieve all of this and more as you begin a journey of adventure and personal growth that can be a constant source of excitement in your life.

The Art of Lucid Dreaming Workshop will cover:

  • various dream theories
  • lucid dreaming techniques
  • developing awareness
  • suggestions for what to do in the lucid state
  • pushing the limits of lucid dreaming
  • plus, in-class activities to enhance your probability of having your own lucid dream
